Return and Refund

We hope you are satisfied with our handcrafted decorative stained glass window panels! Please be aware of the following refund policy before placing your order.

Vetrai d’Atri will replace or refund any window panel that is proven damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of any of our window panels unless the product is damaged or flawed.

We ask that the customer return the original window panel for replacement, and once we received the product, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product, less shipping, and handling. If the original shipment is flawed or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling fees. Please note that the refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and post to your credit card account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of the window panel that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or window panel that is ordered in error, so please be sure to double-check your order before placing it.
